The change comes under the directorial prowess of Sriram Aditya, the genius behind successful outings like Bhale Manchi Roju, Samanthakamani, Devadas, and Hero. The consensus suggests that the primary title might not resonate as intended with the vast movie-going audience, prompting this shift. And while we await an official nod, Maname is already generating quite a stir.
Although Sharwanand hasn’t graced the blockbuster spotlight lately, he certainly captured attention with his last film, Oke Ek Keevan. The film may not have shattered box office records, but it was well-received, earning its share of admirers.
With Maname, there’s another milestone for Sharwanand; it marks his 35th outing as the central character. Sharing the frame with him is the dynamic Kriti Shetty in the leading lady’s role.
