Nayanthara, colloquially known as the “Lady Superstar”, and her director husband Vignesh Shivan, celebrated the traditional Onam festival, marking their twin sons’ first celebration. Their boys, Uyir and Ulagam, born last October, have been the center of attention in the adorable photos shared by the proud parents.
Onam, which began on August 20th, is an integral festival for Malayalis worldwide. Vicky, as Vignesh is affectionately called, took to social media to share heartwarming snaps of the twins. Clad in traditional attire and enjoying their Onam meal on banana leaves, the pictures have won over netizens.
Not limiting the celebrations to their children, Vignesh Shivan also posted some intimate moments with Nayanthara. Captioning the images, he wrote, “In our very simple, beautiful life! In professional news, Nayanthara’s fans eagerly await her next film “Jawan”. Directed by Atlee and featuring stars like Shah Rukh Khan and Vijay Sethupathi, the film is set to release on September 7th. The music, composed by Anirudh, will be unveiled in Chennai on August 30th alongside a fresh trailer.
