The notice apparently emphasizes the immediate evacuation of the property, quoting an outstanding rental value of 27,183.00 dirhams, and threatening potential legal actions if not addressed timely.
Aaliya had previously mentioned that Nawazuddin had been visiting Dubai concerning property matters. She expressed her desire for Nawazuddin to have the Dubai house agreement in his name for added security. While financial responsibilities have been met by the actor following court orders recently, the latest eviction situation remains a developing story.
